We collect various types of information to provide and improve our Services. Forex Funds Flow operates forexfundsflow.com offering online educational and training services. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1.1Personal Data
“Personal Data” is information that can be used to identify you personally. We may collect:
- Identification & Contact: Name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, age, gender, driver's license or state-issued ID, screen name/username, and photographs or profile pictures.
- Payment Data: Credit/debit card number, security code, access code, or password, and other financial details necessary to process your payments. Actual payment processing may be handled by third-party processors, and your data will be subject to their privacy policies.
- Voluntarily Provided Information: Any other information you voluntarily supply that is reasonably necessary to perform the Services.
Your payment and identifying information may be collected by Forex Funds Flow and/or through third-party vendors including payment processors, cloud server hosts, trading platforms, social media platforms, advertising platforms, website analytics providers, and other service providers.
1.2Non-Personal Data
Non-personal data cannot be used on its own to identify an individual. We may collect your device information including GPS data, IP address, browser type, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, and information about how and when you use our Site. This is primarily used to maintain security, operation, and for internal analytics.
When non-personal data is combined with Personal Data we collect about you, it will be treated as Personal Data and used only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.3How We Collect Information
We collect information when you provide it directly, for example:

- When you fill out feedback forms

We may receive information about you from third-party service providers we engage to assist in providing our Services, including social networking websites you link to your account, and trading platform providers (e.g., data about simulated transactions such as instrument type, open/close times, investment amount, profit/loss). How We Use Your Information
We collect and use your Personal Data when we have a legitimate purpose to do so — based on legitimate business interests, fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and/or your consent. We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide Services: To verify your eligibility, facilitate account creation and login, provide access to tools and support, and enable simulated trading.
- To Manage Your Account and Orders: To manage your user account, fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Site.
- For Communication: To contact you via email or text (with consent), send administrative information, request feedback, and enable user-to-user communications.
- For Marketing and Promotions: To send you marketing and promotional communications about our services, products, or events, in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out at any time.
- To Improve Services: To develop, test, and enhance our Services, improve security, conduct analytics, and identify usage trends.
- For Legal and Security Purposes: To detect and protect against breaches, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, respond to legal requests, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Data Retention
We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Generally, we will keep your personal information for no longer than six (6) months past the termination of your account, unless otherwise legally obligated.
Retention Schedule
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not possible (e.g., information stored in backup archives), we will securely store and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Who We Share Data With
We may use aggregated (anonymized) information about our End Users and Visitors without restriction. We do not sell Personal Data or specific personal or transactional information.

Forex Funds Flow is not responsible for the privacy policies or other practices employed by websites linked to or from our Services, nor for the information or content contained therein. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of any linked third party.
Data Storage & Security
Forex Funds Flow stores basic End User data on our servers, including name, email, and username. Payments are processed by our partners or service providers (e.g., Stripe). Personal Data may be stored in various locations globally.
Services Not Available In These Countries
If you are using the Services from any other region, please be aware that your Personal Data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. By providing your Personal Data, you consent to any such transfer and processing.
We employ physical, electronic, and managerial control procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information. We choose these safeguards based on the sensitivity of the information we collect, process, and store.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. While we do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your information. Any transmission is at your own risk. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Services.
Your Privacy Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may vary by your location.
7.1Accessing and Controlling Your Information
- Correction Capabilities: You can access and correct any inaccuracies in your Personal Data through your account settings or by emailing support@forexfundsflow.com.
- Opt-out of Non-Essential Communications: You may opt out of receiving newsletters and other non-essential messages by using the ‘unsubscribe’ function in such messages or by contacting us directly. You will continue to receive essential transactional emails.
- Optional Information: You can choose not to fill in non-mandatory fields when submitting forms or information related to our Services.
- Cease Use of Services: If you wish to prevent us from collecting your information completely, you should cease using our Services.
7.2State-Specific Privacy Rights (U.S.)
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia (now or in the future) may have rights to:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information
- Access and delete certain personal information
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information (excluding Iowa and Utah)
- Data portability
- Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising (excluding Iowa), sales, or profiling
- Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data

California Residents Under 18
If you are under 18, reside in California, and have a registered account, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data you publicly post. Contact us at support@forexfundsflow.com with your account email and a statement that you reside in California. Note that data may not be completely removed from all systems (e.g., backups).
7.3EEA & UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the EEA or United Kingdom, you may have certain rights under the GDPR. Our legal basis for processing includes the necessity to contract with you and our legitimate interests in performing services, fraud prevention, information security, direct marketing, and legal compliance.
- Data Transfers: We may transfer personal data outside your jurisdiction using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
- Data Retention: We store information for as long as necessary to conduct services, as detailed in Section 3.
- Your Rights: You have the right to object to or restrict data processing, the right to erasure (right to be forgotten), and the right to data portability.
- Withdraw Consent & Complaints: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to file a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7.4Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making
Except where processing is necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract, where permitted by applicable law, or based on your express consent, you have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Not Directed to Persons Under 18
Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or register on the Services, use any interactive submission features, or provide any information about yourself to us.
If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at support@forexfundsflow.com.
Do Not Track Settings
We do not track our Users over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and do not specifically respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our End Users' or Visitors' Personal Data, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account or through a prominent notice on the Services. Such changes will be effective when posted.
The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any modification shall constitute your acceptance of the amendments. You can choose to discontinue use of the Services if you do not accept any modified version of this Privacy Policy.
